Endeavours - Fury - I

"Originally I worked on specialized exo-linguistic decoder models. My work helped to optimize the performance of our jumpgates by 110.5%. The recovered and reverse-engineered alien technology that allows us to use these gates is not yet fully understood. I guess my work made the ASA curious enough. When I was hired to bring my expertise to project Columbus I did not expect to end up in this place. "Fiorina Charuseaux - Lost In Space!" I remember, it was quite a tumultuous time back then. Switching planets, managing family, keeping the work going. When all was done it felt liberating having my husband back and our little family complete. We made some progress on the towers soon but not without the necessary hustle. Having access to all their toys really helped. These towers are fascinating on so many levels. Suffice to say I learned more than I could chew. All in the name of progress! And here we are. But where is here exactly. I still don't really understand what this place is. How it works. It feels off. That I know. As if everything is in phase. The imminent feeling of being closely watched is still present. Even if the whole aura of this place doesn't want me to feel threatened I better be careful. This place could be weird in a way I don't even want to know. Still, curiosity always gets the best of me!"

This 29th addition to the series focuses more on the main character in this part of the series. Along with the image we get some backstory to her and this whole thing that's going on. It's the first in a series of portrait like pieces that were created during me detailing out my character. Testrenders... basically. Refined though. =) Playing around with things. Trying to get some good detail. So this is the first one of those portraits.
